On this video you can observe Esther Ekhart who is showing a sequence of exercises that help to detox. She offers you to join her if you want clean start in the summer and desire to get rid of slags or just build up. You will feel the result of detox yoga if you do a little bit of exercises every day.

Esther starts with exercises on the back. At first she is lifting her right leg towards her chest repeating the exercise 10 times. Then she is doing the same exercise with her left leg. After she is done, she is lying on the back. She says that is helps to feel a release. Further on she is lying on the back and is doing exercises with her knees, bending so that to touch them with her forehead. Another set of exercises on this yoga video contains exercises when knees are being lifted to the chest. Esther is doing these exercises at first to the right, then in the center and to the left. Notice that her shoulders are lying on the floor. She is going on with doing exercises with the bent right leg behind the left one and vice-a-versa. Esther finishes with lying on her back putting her hands on the level of her head what helps her to relax after the set of yoga exercises.
