Abs Yoga Workout for Beginners video
This yoga video is demonstrating breathing abdominal exercises that are made up for building powerful and attractive abs. Doing these exercises in the nature among the sand adds even more effect to them as nature always gives us additional energy.

Further on he is leaning his chest to the knee, then pulling his legs to the chest, continues by lifting legs up to the air. In the end we can see how he is doing exercises with crossed legs, rounding the back, straightening his legs. He advises to end the set of these yoga exercises with 3 minutes of deep relaxation.
