Yoga For Bed time video
This yoga video will show you how to relax before you go to bed so that you slept better and felt more rested in the morning. Tara Stiles will help you in it by showing a number of exercises you are to repeat.
At first Tara is sitting down on the bed with closed eyes spending silently some moments. Then you can watch her twisting around with her legs crossed. She is going on doing stretches that are good for the spire and hips. The next exercise is bending knees. Then Tara is bringing her knees to the chest, straightening her legs and lifting them up. Then we can observe hip stretch with the help of the legs. Tara advises to do these yoga exercises in the relaxed way, not to be strained as you are going to sleep right now.
