Liza Shwarz is demonstrating the exercises for you. There are a lot of them. First of all you need to sit down just like Liza. Then close your eyes and feel them. You should think that you are going to do something good for your eyes right now. So, following the instructions Liza is looking towards the right, then towards the left, repeating the exercise several times. Then she closes her eyes to feel them. The next exercise includes looking up and down several times with a break to close the eyes and feel them again. Further on Liza is looking upper right, lower left. Other variations of yoga eyes exercises are the ones with arms and palms. You can see the girl putting her palms over the eyes to let them get the energy of her palms. Such exercises help chase away headache and if you do them systematically, your eyesight will be improved.
