Pregnancy yoga video Part 1
Pregnancy yoga video is demonstrating a number of sitting poses that are very useful for pregnant women and allow them to get ready for a quite difficult procedure of birth. Though if you do yoga during this period the procedure won’t be so complicate as it seems to be.
The woman starts with sitting down on the floor with her legs crossed, she is taking a few breaths to get comfortable. Then she is doing circle exercises with her neck. The next step is releasing shoulders and coming to the eagle pose with hands in front of the face. Further on we can see her with feet put together and hands behind the back. One more pose is legs wide apart and stretches on different sides. One of the final yoga exercises she is doing is twist with crossed legs on different sides as well. The exercises we saw are not very complicated, so, you can repeat them with use for yourself and your baby!
