Bird of Paradise Pose
Type of yoga pose: standing, balancing
Benefits: when doing this yoga pose, you make your legs stronger, improve balance, open your groins and hamstrings.
Instructions to get into this yoga pose: 
1. You should start with bound extended side angle pose.
2. Then you turn your glance to the floor and step the back foot forward. Your feet should be parallel to the front of the mat. Keep the bind when doing it.
3. Now shift your weight into your free leg, the one that is unbound.
4. Further on change the pose by bringing yourself up to standing. While doing it, keep the bind and lift the bound leg up with you.
5. Now standing steady on the floor, extend the bound leg so that it was straight. Then look over your opposite shoulder.
6. In order to come out of the pose, slowly lower the bound leg to the floor. Afterwards step your free leg to the back of the mat to reverse the process you did to do this pose.
7. Do the same exercises on the other side.
