Scorpion Yoga Pose - Vrschikasana

Type of yoga pose: inversion, backbend.
Benefits: the pose helps to do your shoulders abdominals and back stronger. It also improves your balance.
How to get into this yoga pose:
1. At first from Forearm Stand you should bend the knees.
2. Then you are to lift your head and get your feet close to your head while you are coming in to a deep backbend. You should have your knees separate, but the toes should be kept together.
A note for beginners: if you are a true beginner, you should not try this yoga pose.
A note for advanced: you should bring your feet to allow them to rest on your head.
