 Reverse Warrior Yoga Pose
Type of yoga pose: standing, backbending.

Benefits: this pose makes the legs stronger and improves spinal flexibility.  

How to get in this yoga pose:

1. From Warrior II pose, you need to bring the rear hand down the back of the rear leg.

2. Then you should put the front arm up next to your ear.

3. The next step is reaching the rear hand down as you get in to a backbend keeping your front knee in the bent position and directly over the ankle.

4. In the end you need to bring your look up to the front fingertips.
