Cobbler's Yoga Pose - Baddha Konasana

This yoga pose is also known as Bound Angle Pose.
Type of yoga pose: seated.
Benefits: the pose helps to open the hips and groin
Instructions for getting in this yoga pose:
1. From Staff Pose you need to bend your knees putting the soles of the feet together and allowing your knees to fall out to either side.
2.Your should have your spine long.
3. Then you are to press the outer edges of your feet together strongly.
A note for beginners: if it is necessary for you, you can take padding under your sit bones. You can also put a block under each knee for support if you want.
A note for advanced: you can get into a forward bend keeping your spine long.
